Grappa aged in Picolit barrels 2007, Dellavalle Type_Rose & Sparkling Rose Wines coffee and a hint ofSixteen year old Grappa aged in Picolit casks. Aged for 13 years in Picolit casks, 3 years in vats and bottled in July 2023. The Picolit bottle is a beautiful 4 point shape and unlike any other Grappas we've tasted, these are finely balanced, deliciously complex and leave a lasting impression and not just on the palate.
